Jeremiah 26:6-8

⁶ then I will treat this house like Shiloh, and I will make this city an object of cursing for all the nations of the earth.

⁷ The priests, the prophets, and all the people heard Jeremiah speak these words in the house of the Lord. ⁸ But when Jeremiah had finished saying everything that the Lord had commanded him to proclaim to all the people, then the priests, the prophets, and all the people seized him and cried out, “You will be put to death for this.
